Amenities at Madison Trails
Everything here is brand new, from the bath house to the fiber network. Here's what you'll have access to during your stay.
Bath house
A bright, climate-controlled bath house with a long vanity, full-length mirrors, and private tiled showers. It's the kind of bath house you don't mind walking to.
An accessible restroom stall with grab bars is available.
On-site laundry
Commercial Speed Queen stacked washers and dryers in a clean, air-conditioned laundry room. No hauling a week of laundry into town.
Full hookups & fiber wifi
Every site has water, sewer, and 30 & 50-amp electrical service. Our fiber internet runs on a looped system across the park, so the connection holds up at every site, not just the ones near the office.
Trails, playground & pavilion
Nearly a mile of walking trail winds along Fourmile Branch Creek and around the park. It's good for a morning walk, bird watching, or an easy bike ride.
Kids have a fenced playground, dogs have their own park, and the covered pavilion has picnic tables for cookouts and get-togethers.
